Confiscation of Properties of the Cattlemen

The Islamic Revolutionary Committee of Mehdishahr (previously Sangsar) announced that over 40,000 sheep, belonging to four individual capitalists and famous livestock holders of the previous regime, were confiscated by the [Revolutionary] Committee, and currently are taken care of by the individuals who are selected by the Committee. According to this report, 25,134 units of the livestock belonged to Hojabr Yazdani, 12,518 units to Ali and Kolchak Rowshan and 9,408 units belonged to Hosein Rowshan.

According to the same news, the buildings of three residential villas, the Assembly of the Baha’is, Pakriz Factories, Etminan Shoes, T. B. C. Leather Factory, Talaj Company and also some 100,000 square metres of land in Mehdishahr that belonged to Hojabr Yazdani, were also seized and confiscated by the Committee.

It is necessary to mention that the building of some of the stated factories has been completed and some others are about to be completed.
