Mr. Mehdi Shakibanejad, Casually Employed in Customs Office of the First Province in Bandar-e Pahlavi[1]

Whereas you have clearly stated in your letter dated 12 Shahrivar 1334 [4 September 1955) addressed to the Customs Office of Bandar-e Pahlavi that you are a follower of the Baha’i religion, and whereas Articles 2 and 8 of the Public Services Employment Act, as well as the general decision of employment affecting the continuation of the services of employees who follow the perverse Baha’i sect, and insist upon adopting it as their faith, prohibits their employment in government departments, your employment, therefore, shall be terminated as from 3 Mehr 1334 [26 September 1955].
