The Islamic Association of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Demanded the Cleansing of this Ministry.

In an announcement, following the statements of the Imam, the Islamic Association of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs disclosed the present status of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and called for revolutionary measures in order to achieve the goals of the revolution.

... Despite the fact that the members of this Association, through their continuous and sincere efforts, provided the authorities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs all their energy and power, unfortunately, the officials not only [did not] reciprocate it, but began to disrupt and prevent the activities of the Association. It reached the point where the [Ministry] rescued the SAVAK staff, used Ashraf’s [Ashraf Pahlavi, sister of the shah] advisers and her palaces’ chief of staff, and even retained some of the disreputable people [as staff]. Some of these people have been positioned in sensitive posts, such as global conferences like the Conference of Non-allied Countries and the Conference on the Investigation of the United States of America’s Interventions in Iran and.... At the same time, they have dismissed some of the active members of the Islamic Association who have been sincerely, honestly and actively taking part in the cleansing of this department, owing to their persistence on implementation of the Revolutionary Council’s decrees and protesting some of the illegal activities of the management. They have been considered as surplus staff and appointed to the Ministry of Labour, while malefactors and activists of the perverse Baha’i sect and elements of the Taghut regime are busy plotting and conspiring, and the Ministry’s officials support them by keeping silence.

According to the historical warning of the Imam of the nation to the officials of the country, once again this Association expresses some of its viewpoints as follows, and will subsequently express its other views to the Muslim nation of Iran, too:

1. Revolutionary dismissal of all ambassadors of Aryamehri [previous regime], personnel and elements of SAVAK, defying the freemasons and the blind followers of the detested Pahlavi regime and the disrupters of the current affairs.

2- Ex-communicating the members of the perverse Baha’i sect.

3. The expulsion of people who are famous for prostitution, so that they will not destroy the dignity and honour of our colleague sisters. (In this regard there is evidence).
