Honourable Mr. Sa’ed, Prime Minister,

[A letter] signed by Ali-Akbar Furutan, which contains a detailed report regarding clashes among the residents of Shahroud that resulted in the death of three individuals, has been sent to the blessed presence of His Imperial Majesty. The original letter is enclosed for your information.
