The Law Enforcement Agents Prevented Grievous Events

Boshrouyeh - As a result of the conflict and tension that for was going on some time between Muslims and Baha’is, two nights ago, apparently, the Baha’is committed wrongful actions in the area and, [in so doing], provoked the anger and bigotry of the Muslims of Boshrouyeh.

Suddenly, at midnight, a number of the residents attacked the homes of the Baha’is and by spreading kerosene on houses, set fire to the doors and were attempting to enter the houses of the Baha’is and chastise them. However, the law enforcement officers were informed [of the incident] and called the residents to calm and dispersed them.

The authorities promised the residents that they would investigate carefully the disputes and provocation of the Baha’is.
