23 Dey 1357 [13 January 1979]

Esteemed Public Prosecutor of the court of Qasr-e Shirin

I respectfully convey the following.  On 10 Dey 1357 [31 December 1978], around 2:00 p.m., a group of residents of Sarpol-e Zahab attacked the garage and 16 shops belonging to me, located at [redacted], and after destroying them, they stole all of the building materials, doors and windows.  They then raided three more garages and three large shops belonging to me, where Massey Ferguson and Universal tractors were being sold and their related spare parts were stacked.  After pillaging everything, they set it all on fire.  The financial damage inflicted upon me is more than three million tumans.  I request Your Esteemed Highness to order an investigation, examination, and inquiry in the local area to enable me to take legal action after the perpetrators have been identified.

With expressions of respect, Mowhebatollah Fahandej, resident of Sarpol-e Zahab [redacted]
