Dated: 20/6/1358 [11 September 1979]
Islamic Revolutionary Committee Number 5, Narmak
Enclosed herewith is an undated and unsigned threatening letter that was delivered to my home on 20/6/1358 [11 September 1979] [illegible]. As my home is in the suburbs of Narmak [redacted], and is within the jurisdiction of your Committee, I wish to bring to your attention that some individuals intend to create commotion and disturbance. Incidentally, I have no complaint against anyone, nor do I suspect any particular individual.
After this letter was delivered to the Committee, their response was that “we are aware and alert” and they provided a phone number for me to contact them, should, God forbid, something happen.
