This is to announce that by virtue of court order number 3871 D.GA.T of Branch 7 of the Islamic Revolutionary Court of Tehran, and confirmation 3869/A of the High Court of Qom, all movable and immovable assets of the individuals outlined below are to be confiscated for the benefit of the government of the Islamic Republic:

1. Ashraf Ashraf, born to Fazlollah

2. Barazandeh Ashraf, born to Ashraf

3. Minou Arjomand, born to Khalil

4. Sousan Arjomand, born to Khalil

5. Mahnaz Arjomand, born to Khalil

Therefore, by sending three photocopies of the aforementioned orders, it is required that, along with acknowledgement of its receipt, you direct that the necessary actions are taken and that you notify this Public Prosecutor’s Office of the results. Needless to mention that the itemized list of the assets of the condemned parties will subsequently be released upon completion of identification.
