Given that in accordance with the written endorsement of the Revolutionary Council number 83710,the Aviation, Helicopter Company of Iran was placed under the Ministry of Defense as the Aviation and Helicopter Services Organization as of 25 Tir 1359 [16 July 1980], and is now considered a governmental agency and in light of the written endorsement of the Revolutionary Council of the Islamic Republic, government employees must be followers of one of the religions that are officially recognized religions by the state, and since from the Islamic point of view Bahaism is not legitimate, Mr. Ali Sobhani's services are terminated effective 1 Aban 1359 [23 October 1980]. In the event that the above-mentioned should convert to Islam in the presence of one of the religious authorities, and attest [this fact] in one of the official national newspapers, the employment committee of the Aviation and Helicopter Services Organization will be in a position to review and decide on the reinstatement of his employment or compensation for his services.
