On the same day that Mr. Falsafi had begun his sermon against the Baha’is, it was decided [sic] that the Haziratu’l-Quds [Baha’i Centre] was to be occupied; that is, it was agreed that after two o’clock in the afternoon Shaykh Falsafi would conclude his speech at the Soltani Mosque and would then invite the people to move to occupy the Haziratu’l-Quds. As such action could cause riots, the ever-vigilant Military Governorate of Tehran occupied the Haziratu’l-Quds in the early hours of the morning in order to prevent [Muslim crowd to implement] their actions.
