The residents complain about the impertinence and promiscuous behavior of a fistful of audacious [people] and the stabbing incidents that recently took place in Koucheri Village. Ever since, no serious measures have been taken to stop these crimes. The residents attribute these brutal operations to Foroutan, the Baha’i propagator.

Parcham-e Eslam:

Should Foroutan continue his outrageous activities, we will soon take action against him.
