Court Order by the Islamic Revolutionary Court of Karaj
In accordance with the ruling of the Islamic Revolutionary Court of Karaj, six members of [anti-Islamic] combatant grouplets, as well as members of Baha’i leadership group were executed. The Office of Public Relations of the Islamic Revolutionary Prosecutor General announced: By virtue of the Islamic Revolutionary Court of Karaj….
…Also, three leaders of the Baha’i assembly and promoters of the perverse Baha’i sect in Karaj convicted of connection with Zionist centers, travelling to occupied Palestine, and assisting Baha’i assemblies to spread ‘Corruption on Earth,’ were sentenced to death.
The names of the executed are as follows:
- Badi[ollah] Haghpaykar, son of Mohammad-Mehdi, native and resident of Karaj
- Mahmoud Forouhar, son of Shokr[ollah], native of Abadeh, resident of Karaj
- Eshraghieh Forouhar, daughter of Shaban-Ali, native of Tehran, resident of Karaj
The executions ordered by the Islamic Revolutionary Court of Karaj for the above-mentioned [individuals] were carried out on 6 and 17 Ordibehehest [26 April and 7 May].
