Distribution of 10,000 copies of anti-Baha’i publication called Peyk-e Rahnama [Guiding Courier] in Kerman and Rafsanjan

Latest news from Iran

According to recent reports, 10,000 copies of an Islamic publication called the Peyk-e Rahnama, containing a section in opposition to the Baha’i Faith, were reproduced and distributed in the cities of Kerman and Rafsanjan. This publication contains a list of principles and teachings of the Baha’i Faith, which contains insulting and offending remarks to Baha’is and the Baha’i sanctities, related to each one [principle]. The publication warns Muslim youth, “Why [do] they allow Baha’is to boldly preach their religion?”

It also strongly rebukes Muslim youths for preferring to read Baha’i books [rather than] their own heavenly scriptures. In this anti-Baha’i section of the publication, it is stated that Baha’is are defiled, should be avoided, and that Iranians (especially Muslim youth) should express their hatred of Baha'is.
