Enclosed herewith is the original letter regarding Miss Yasaman Behizadeh dated 14/12/1359 [5 March 1981] in which it is stated:

In response to [her] request to return to work, [Miss Behizadeh’s] employment is unlawful as she follows a Bahaism ideology [and] she therefore must be terminated; furthermore, those who were initially involved in hiring her must be tried in the religious courts.

In addition, in light of the repeated instructions [that have been issued] in this matter, should there be other individuals who are found to be Baha’is, they likewise are prohibited from employment within the Department of Education.
