Dear Mr. Toofanian, the Editor of Toofan-e Shargh Newspaper,

I would respectfully inform you that the latest issue of Toofan-e Sharq newspaper has become scarce as an elixir in Khuzestan. In order to obtain a copy and study the case of the corrupt Abdol-Vahed Behnam, the head of the “Point Four Programme” of Khuzestan, and Rostami, the leader of the Baha’is in the Department of Health of the Sixth Province, at least fifty rials have been spent on transport and searching in the various departments. Some have desperately received a copy from the representative of Toofan-e Shargh in Abadan. It is hoped you will appoint a retail representative to sell single copies, so that this kind of trouble is eliminated…
