Respected Municipal Council

Greetings,

With reference to the letters sent from the Deputy Chief of Information and Operations Command Headquarters, and in view of the decision of the Supreme Supervisory Board, the issuance of business licences to members of the perverse Baha’i sect, or their membership in and service at cooperatives, is prohibited. It is therefore necessary that you take action to cancel the licences issued [to Baha’is] in the past.

With greetings

Ali Samadi
