Subject: Convicted prisoner Tarazollah Hakiman, son of Sadegh


In response to letter number 12/11556, dated 12 Azar 1364 [3 December 1985] regarding repossession of the funds which are the subject of conviction [and which belonged to] the aforementioned, you are advised that enforcement of the judgement rests with this Office, and no action has been taken so far by the convict or his relatives in this regard [repossession of the funds].  If the funds are not received by the end of his sentence, these funds will continue to be in [our] custody, unless the necessary action for repossession is taken by him.  Therefore, you are directed, on behalf of the Office of the Prosecutor, to arrange for payment of the sum of 5,862,649 rials of the [subject] funds to be deposited to chequing account [number] 90028 at the Bank Melli, Kakh-e Dadgostari Branch, and submit a copy of the relevant accounting statement to this Office.
