Our correspondent informs us from Chalus that a few days ago, a person named Ali-Asghar Ghedami who presumably was a Baha’i, had suddenly died. It has been rumoured that he had intended to convert to the illumined religion of Islam, and that the followers of the Bab have murdered him. The case was reported to competent authorities and the matter is being investigated and prosecuted.
