We received your request to review your file and noted the details of your case and that you are banned from continuing your education on the charge of being connected to the perverse Baha’i sect.  In order for you to continue your study, it is necessary that you send to this commission documentation proving your declaration of recantation from the aforementioned sect, published on three [separate] days,  in the most widely circulated newspapers of the country [so as to verify your recantation] and [thereby enable us to decide on your case].. If you fail to provide these documents, you will be dealt with in accordance to the regulations.
