With reference to letter number 1/9004, dated 15/04/1370 [6 July 1991], citing file number 1/39193/[?]/69, you are [hereby] advised that Mrs. Shoaieh Mir-Aftab was tried on 2/3/1369 [23 May 1990] at Branch 3 of the Islamic Revolutionary Court of Tehran, on charges of adherence to the perverse and misguided Baha'i sect and activities for said illegal organization, for which she is excluded from the protections of the Islamic Republic, and, as stipulated in decision number 21025, was sentenced to the confiscation of all her fixed and intangible assets, including those in her own name and those transferred to others. The order was carried out in accordance with the Fulfillment of the Imam's Orders [issued] on 6/2/1368 [26 April 1989] and was endorsed by Mr. Nayeri. The entirety of her assets have been entrusted to counsels designated by the Supreme Leader./34
