We, the people of Shahi, humbly inform you that [the Baha’is] openly and publicly propagate the Baha’i [Faith] through the head of the Shahi factories, who is clearly dismissing Muslims for the crime of being Muslims and replacing them with Baha’is.  This is a cause of concern and sorrow to the residents, men and women. We implore your honour to kindly pay attention to this matter and heal the tormented heart of the Muslim.

On behalf of thirty thousand urban and suburban Muslims: Nematollah A'zami Qadikolaie, Haji ‘Adelani, Ranjbar, Olaadi, Naderi, Bagheri, Jan-Berar, Ghobadi, Ahmadi, Daftari, Nikokar, Heydari, Eskandari, Ghanipour, Mahmoud Azami, Yazdani, Hosein Ghanipour, Tavakoli , Mohammad-Ali Shahabi, Shirvani, Rasoul Olaadi, Seyyed Agha Jafar and forty other signatories.
