Seven Zionist spies who were associates of the dissolved SAVAK[1] were executed in Hamadan

Hamadan, Central News Agency

Seven Zionist spies, found guilty of being associates of the despised Pahlavi regime and the dissolved SAVAK who propagated the perverse Baha’i sect, were active in the Zionist espionage network, transferring money to Israel and plotting an uprising against the Islamic Republic. They were sentenced to death.

The judgement of the Revolutionary Court of Hamadan, after confirmation by the Supreme Judiciary Council, was carried out yesterday at one o’clock in the morning. The text of the judgement of the Islamic Revolutionary Court is as follow:

In the Name of God,

The punishment for those who war against God and His Messenger, and who try to cause corruption, is death. “The Holy Qur’an”

Seven individual members of the Assembly of the Perverse Baha’i Sect were tried in the Islamic Revolutionary Court of Hamadan and were sentenced to death. The issued order, after its confirmation by the Supreme Judicial Council, was carried out today at one o’clock in the morning.

Their names and the crimes committed of the culprits are as follow:

FirouzNaiemi, son of Ali-Reza; Mohammad-Bagher [Soheil] Habibi, son of Nour-Mohammad,NaserVafaie, son of Gholam-Ali; HoseinKhandel, son of Yadollah; Mohammad [Sohrab] Habibi, son of Nour-Muhammad; Hosein Motlagh Arani, son of Shokrollah and TarazollahKhozein, son of Fazlollah.

The aforementioned individuals had been found guilty of active association with the despised Pahlavi regime and active cooperation with the dissolved SAVAK. They turned over the revolutionaries and staunch Muslims to SAVAK, having them jailed and consequently tortured. Even if a shepherd did not take the flock of sheep belong to the Baha’is for grazing, he [the shepherd] would be turned over to SAVAK.

They were actively taking part in the propagation of the perverse Baha’i religion. Time and again [these individuals] travelled to cities and foreign countries such as America, Europe and Israel for the same purpose. They even did not stop propagating while they were kept under the police custody but invited the inmates to their Zionist ideology. [They also] actively participated in the Zionist espionage network and sent large amounts of money to Israel, the source of Baha’i colonialist ideals, based on espionage for foreigners. These individuals are the experienced members of the Assembly, who have been trying hard for many years serving their masters.

The accused ones have themselves admitted to hiding documents belonging to the Assembly or to burning them, which shows how secretive they are. [They admit to] hiding books and valuable items and sending them to the National Assembly and possibly using them personally, but accusing the valiant Muslims and revolutionary organisations, of stealing these items.

[They have a] direct relationship with the famous and presently at large capitalist Hojabr Yazdani the traitor, and on behalf of the Assembly have written him a letter as a sincere devotee, calling him ‘the brave servant of the Cause of God’. [Further they are] spreading rumours and publishing lies regarding the glorious Islamic Revolution and putting stress on the revolutionary organisation by putting out notices and disseminating announcements at a national level with the purpose of creating schism among the victorious people of Iran. They are degrading the courageous clerics using inspiration from their book ‘The Promised Day Has Come’ and other books.

They are dispatching many letters and telegrams, all with fake signatures, to the Islamic Republic, expressing their meekness, objecting to the infringement of their rights, the plundering of their possessions and the burning of their houses. The sent telegrams have been in such a quantity that the authorities, and in fact, any reader would be affected. The Assembly has covered the cost of these telegrams, which are based on untruths. They plotted an uprising against the Islamic Revolution, and gave the order to dispatch letters and telegrams to all the cities and villages to get together at the capital of the province and take refuge at the so called Haziratu’l-Quds[2] pretending that all the houses of these people had been burned and demolished and they were homeless and needed to settled there. They try to touch the Muslims’ sympathy in order to incite against the revolution and to disgrace it and show how inhuman its actions are.

The mentioned persons are vivid examples of the Quranic verse of “…and division among the believers and as a station for whoever had warred against Allah and His Messenger…[3]

They are those who divide the believers and build fortification for the enemies. The law of sentencing the ungodly is quite clear.
