Television Station Will Be Nationalized

It is said that because the performance of the Iranian Television [Station] has not been satisfactory, and in particular, the businessmen are dissatisfied with the wording of the marketing advertisements, and since many people who are affiliated with the new religion [Baha’is] have infiltrated it, all these factors have led to a lack of public acceptance of the television. Therefore, it is planned to nationalize the TV station to be administered by the government. And since this is not a difficult task, only that person [the owner] will be at loss for its land price, since the technical office of the League of Nations has assisted financially with the installation and operation of the television.

Therefore, this action will be implemented soon by the payment of the land price of the institution [TV Station].
