After investigating your application for appeal and its enclosures, as well as the file sent by Shiraz University, we inform you that the decision about you by the Admissions Council of Shiraz University is upheld herewith on the basis of Clause D, Article 1 of the Student Admissions By-laws and with reliance on:

  • Report from Investigatory Team and Admissions Council of Shiraz University
  • Statements from reliable witnesses acceptable to Shiraz University
  • Existing records and documents
  • Your own admission
  • and opinion of government departments, judiciary, and police force


[Consequently] continuation of your education at the University is not approved.


Moreover, according to the By-Laws for Student Admissions, ratified by the Centre of the Cultural Revolution, which was communicated to the Central Admissions Council by the Ministry of Culture and Higher Education in letter number M/172, dated 29/1/62 [18 April 1983], you can request a certificate, based on the criteria for granting a certificate to students, equivalent to an Associate Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree, ratified by the Centre of the Cultural Revolution on 22/6/61 [13 September 1962].
