Mr. Fereidoun S. would like to know: How is it that under the [former] defeated regime “Baha’is” did not have the audacity to officially assert themselves, and yet they have now published the statement that the new Constitution must also have a protected place for them?

“Rouydad”: The answer to this question is “because the (central) government lacks power and the country has returned to feudalism.”
