In the Name of God
To the Honourable Revolutionary Court of the Islamic Republic of Iran
Respectfully, I submit that some time ago, I, Rouhaniyyeh Rezai, holder of birth certificate number [redacted], issued in Tehran, was informed that I had been summoned to present myself to the Revolutionary Court of the Islamic Republic of Iran; however, as the reason [for the summons] was not clear to me, I immediately wrote to the Embassy of the Republic of Iran in Paris for a copy of the newspaper [in which the summons was published] or clarification of the contents therein, to which, unfortunately, I received no response. Therefore, I am taking your time to find out, firstly, the reason my properties were confiscated, and secondly, how I can defend my rights, since I have been residing in France for many years. I am a 77-year-old woman, unwell and almost bedridden to the extent that I have difficulty moving about and travelling.
