My adored son,

I don’t know how to express my despair and sadness about not being with you. I am very happy that you have shown patience in every situation you found yourself in and adapted yourself to it. My beloved, life is full of difficulties which one must face [illegible]. I know we would have so much to talk about if we were together. Your beautiful voice is lingering in my ears and I hear it a thousand times. My son, you have grown up and I am happy that despite your young age you have gained so much experience and appreciate your life notwithstanding all the hardships you have gone through. I am proud of you and live in anticipation of seeing you. My dear son, my faithful Payman, always try to be an example and act on your honour and conscience, so as to not let the hardships endured by those around us go to waste. I hope we will be together again not too far in the future. I kiss your face, the only sapling of my life, from here, and I admire you. You know well what I expect of you.

Give my regards to everyone

Love, your mother
