Enclosure ------

File number 35915/M/62 of the Office of the Islamic Revolutionary Prosecutor, pertaining to Dr. Sirous Alaie, son of Abdol-Ali, whose case is related to his activities in the perverse Baha’i sect and who has escaped from the country, and was sentenced to the confiscation of his assets in favour of the State Fund, was [further] investigated by the Supreme Islamic Revolutionary Court and the result is as follows:

According to the evidence in the defendant’s case file, he was one of the leaders of [repudiation of belief] and was one of the Baha’i community’s most active teachers.  He is a member of the Baha’i National Assembly, a member of the Continental Board of Counsellors and a member of the Pioneering Committee, etc. He has been involved in the implementation of Baha’i programmes and long-term planning, and owing to his various activities he was the link between the Baha’i espionage centre in Israel [Baha’i World Centre] and the Baha’i Assemblies in [other] countries, with evidence of this available in the file.

Therefore, he is considered as one of the leaders of repudiation of belief, and because he is not within reach, [because of] his having sought to escape from justice, the extradition of his assets in favour of the State Fund is approved and it is confirmed that this is in accordance with the law.
