In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Peace, God’s Mercy and Blessings upon you,

Through the loving-kindness of God, and the blood of the most cherished children of this land, the Islamic Republic is taking shape, and the nation that has exerted every effort, with an iron will, to establish this regime, is more resolute than ever [in its intention] to enforce the noble tenets of Islam.

Reports received from Vadeghan indicate that a number of Baha’is have been subjected to rebuke, spite, and possibly insult.  It must be stated that the Islamic Republic upholds the right of all minorities to live and pursue their lives [if they] distance themselves from [engaging in] conspiracy.  Accordingly, it is necessary to uphold the noble Islamic rules and regulations, and thereby ensure the good-pleasure of the 12th Imam and of the honorable leader of the Revolution, Imam Khomeini.

May God make you victorious,

Kashan Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps
