Your letter of 14 November 1988 (corresponding with 23 Aban) was received. As communicated earlier, this agency only deals with matters related to the United Nations. This agency and the Interest Section of the Islamic Republic of Iran have the duty of forwarding letters and communications to their destination, and are never involved in judicial decisions of the Iranian Courts. Therefore, the letters received from the judiciary by this agency and the Interest Section were forwarded to you. For further pleading for justice you can proceed, like all other Iranians in and out of the country, as per the provisions of Article 34 of the Constitution. Once again, judicial matters are dealt with by the courts of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and this agency has no involvement in such matters.
