In response to communication number 2268, dated 26 Dey 1323 [16 January 1945], regarding the incident of Shahroud, I submit the following herewith: The inspector who was dispatched from the head office to carry out the investigation has completed the case and has returned. The Magistrate’s Office of Shahroud has also been given a strict recommendation to investigate the incident and report the results. After the receipt of the report, the case brief will again be submitted for your information.
