We enclose herewith a copy of the telegram received from Shiraz, regarding the burning and plundering of the belongings of a group of people in Abadeh by Sheikh Ali-Akbar and a few other troublemakers and also the injuring of four individuals.  You are directed to order the arrest of the perpetrators and the return of the stolen properties, and to ensure the matter is dealt with appropriately, thereby ending the concern of the inhabitants and report the outcome of your action by return telegram.
