Case Reference 41915/M/62 of the Islamic Revolutionary Court of Tehran, regarding the six individual members of the perverse Baha’i sect: 1- Ashraf Ashraf, son of Fazlollah; 2- Barazandeh Ashraf Arjomand, daughter of  Ashraf; 3-Minou Arjomand, daughter of Khalil; 4-Sousan Arjomand, daughter of Khalil; 5- Mahnaz Arjomand, daughter of Khalil; 6-Parviz Akbarzadeh Alavian, son of Reza Gholi; have been investigated by the Islamic Revolutionary Court, which has ordered confiscation of the properties of the accused numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, including  fixed or portable assets and all their bank accounts, for the offence of being  members of the perverse Baha’i sect and fleeing from the Islamic country of Iran before the revolution.  The result is as follows:

In accordance with the file documents, the said persons are members of the perverse Baha’i sect (pp. 85-86 and from 50-53), and five of the accused—numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5— fled the Islamic country of Iran before the glorious victory of  the Islamic Revolution (from 1333 [1954]) and embraced their infidel masters; therefore, confiscation of all their properties, movable or immovable, commodities, cash and all their bank accounts, for the benefit of the Islamic Republic Government, is permissible and legal.

Reminder: Accused number 6, Parviz Akbarzadeh Alavian, as per his confession, is a member of the perverse Baha’i sect and has been collecting the rent for the properties belonging to the five accused escapees and transferring it to their accounts -.  There should be a detailed assessment of how much money he has collected, and regardless of the mode of transfer, he must refund it all or it will be taken from his own assets and returned to the public treasury.
