In the Criminal Court

Last year an uproar broke out in the Hormozak farm in Yazd, in which seven Baha’is were killed, forty-seven residents of Sakhvid Village were arrested on charges of participating in the fight, and their trial began on Monday in Tehran’s Criminal Court and still continues.

The court members consist of the following gentlemen:

Mr. Khodavardian: The Assistant to the Public Prosecutor
