Ayatollah Mr. Malek-Hosseini

Respectfully, enclosed herewith is a copy of the telegram from Mr. Sazegar, the landlord of the Forestry building, who has asked for the payment of the rent for the last three months of last year and the first four months of this year.  As you are aware, in accordance with your Sharia order, this Forestry has refused to pay the rental to the landlord, who is a Baha’i.  The verdict of the Sharia judge in the Revolutionary Court is requested, [in order] to provide a response to Mr. Sazegar’s telegram based on the legal and religious principles.

In the Name of God

This house was built at the time of Hoveida to strengthen the government and the activities of the Baha’i ideology, who are the aides and abetters of Zionism and imperialism and work against the nation and the clergymen.  The Hoveida’s abhorrent government has provided the funds to the corrupt Baha’is.  The building has been put to use for the nation and the Muslim youth from the same government [illegible] [illegible].  Accordingly, Sazegar, a Baha’i who took orders from Hoveida and Mansour Rowhani to commit his treasonous acts is not entitled to anything.  This is not Sazegar’s home; this was a Baha’i building that was faced with strong [illegible] objections.  The building is now for the use of the nation and [illegible] has no rights.
