In light of the decision dated 25/4/1359 [16 July 1980] of this organization’s Cleansing Committee, which was issued unanimously, you have been condemned to dismissal for having unduly benefited from Baytu’l Mal [the State Treasury] as a follower of the Baha’i sect, now a fugitive and in the United States. [This decision was made] in accordance with the bill for the cleansing and creating optimum environment for the growth of revolutionary institutions, dated 7/6/1358 [29 August 1979], ratified by the Revolutionary Council of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and subsequent amendments and related guidelines.
Should you wish to appeal this decision, pursuant to regulation number 14756, dated 18/4/1359 [9 July 1979], ratified by the Revolutionary Council, in accordance with paragraph 10 of the said regulations, ratified by the Revolutionary Council of the Islamic Republic of Iran, you may submit your appeal in writing to the undersigned at this office, no later than thirty days [from receipt of this present notice] so that the Appeals Committee, which will be formed to administer this particular regulation, can review [the appeal] in your presence. The decision of the Appeals Committee, subject to the endorsement of the undersigned, shall be final and binding.
