Notification of Charges
Mrs. Saltanat Sabet Sarvestani, spouse of Mr. Khanollah Sabet-Sarvestani:
You are hereby informed by a representative of the Department of Education that according to the allegations in your case, your deceased spouse was alleged to be a member of the perverse Baha’i sect.
Under Paragraph 2 of Section 19 of the Employment Arbitration Act [Baha’i membership] is an offence. You are therefore notified that you may forward a written appeal by mail or in person to the Secretariat of the Primary Board of Employment Arbitration of the Ministry of Education for Fars Province within 10 days of receipt of this letter.
Warning: Failure to submit your appeal within this period will be regarded as your having relinquished your right to defend yourself and a [final] ruling will made in absentia. B
