Public Notice

In the light of the fact that the file of Dr. Ali-Mohammad Varqa[1], son of Valiollah, birth certificate card number 1419, and his wife, Mrs. Rowhaniyyeh Mohtadi, daughter of Bagher, birth certificate card number 5694, from Tehran, is under investigation in branch 10 of the Islamic Revolutionary Court of Tehran, under file number 10/64 - 154, we hereby give notice to the above mentioned, and in case of their absence from the country to their Muslim or legal relatives or any beneficiary party, to be present at branch 10 of the Court located in Khayyam Street, within one month of the date of this notice, in order to investigate any rights or claim which they may have . It is obvious that after the conclusion of the aforementioned period, no other claim will be heard.
