Ministry of Education Should Pay Attention
Whatever decays is conserved with salt
Woe the day that salt is decayed
Why does the Ministry of Education not pay attention to this important religious issue and let the teachers who do not know the truth of Islam teach the Muslims’ innocent children? And what are the benefits of such-and-such circulars that are issued every day by the Ministry of Education, without having any results?
Firstly, the Ministry of Education should know that the [producers] of these circulars must themselves believe in and adhere to the holy religion of Islam. Unfortunately, the author of these lines is himself an employee of the Department of Education and I am full of complaint. I swear by God, every time I ask the students, “What did you learn at the Quran and Shari’a lessons?” They answer that their teacher has said “Go and read it yourself. I do not know the Quran!”
Why should the Ministry of Education not appoint teachers for the courses such as Quran, Shar’ia, jurisprudence, and Arabic, so they can well implement these religious programmes and not omit those lessons from the programme? And why should a Baha’i teacher teach the Muslim children and promote the Baha’i religion in the classroom? It is interesting that the Ministry of Education has hired some people [who] are teachers who have gone through the teacher-training course but do not know about Islam, or, like some other teachers, are far from Islam?
I swear by God, I do not have the slightest personal [resentment] against any of my dear colleagues, except that I am interested in their happiness and honour, and there is no other way that one can find happiness and joy except through the lessons of the school of the Prophet of Islam (PBUH).
If the foundation of education becomes destroyed and corrupted, then woe to the nation!
If you do not reform the education system, by God, the religion and the homeland will be destroyed. God forbid, if one day the holy religion of Islam disappears from amongst us Muslims, then we should see the end of the nation.
If your hearts of stone do not burn for Islam, come and have mercy on yourself
