In the Name of God
Ms. Mohtaram Yazdani Neyshabouri, daughter of Abdul-Samad, retired teacher from the Department of Education of Neyshabour County: you are hereby given a notice that as stipulated by Decision number AB/4418 [dated:] 17/8/1361 [8 November 1982] of the Primary Commission for the Restructuring of Human Resources of the Khorasan Department of Education, you are sentenced to permanent dismissal from employment in governmental and affiliated institutions for being a follower of Baha’i sect. Since it was not possible to reach you at your previous known address, please refer to the employment unit of this office within one week of this notice to view and receive a copy of this Decision. Failure to do so within the said timeframe will result in further action and your appeal will not be heard.
