According to the expert report --X--, opinion of the experts --X--, and considering all other evidence and case documents, the Office is of the opinion that the allegations are proven and his offence accords with:
1- Membership in the perverse Baha’i sect. Paragraph 1, Section 19
The Human Resources Restructuring Act, [applicable to] Government Ministries and Affiliated Organizations, sanctioned on 5/7/1361 [27 September 1981,] pursuant to Paragraph 8 of Section 29 of said Act, [and the accused] is [therefore] sentenced to permanent dismissal from employment.
This decision, in accordance with Section 46 of the above-mentioned Act, is final and enforceable.
[It] may be appealed at the Review Committee within 15 days after being served on the accused.
