Charge: Membership in perverse Baha’i sect
Procedural Synopsis: The charge against Mr. Mohammad Jafar, Surname: Rahmani Yeganeh, son of Abdossamad, born 1286 , Birth certificate number [redacted], issued in [redacted], Organizational position: retired, years of service: 27 years, Location of service: Bank-e Meli-e Iran, Personnel number ------, Education: Gr. 11; married; was reviewed. The Council, in its meeting of 29/6/1962 [20 September 1983], subsequent to reviewing the file records, issues a decision as follows:
Decision of the Council
Having considered the file documents, and the report of the inquiry ----x----, as well as other circumstantial evidence in the file, the charges against the accused are proven and established before the Council. The charge against the aforementioned:
- Membership in perverse Baha’i sect, subject of paragraph 1 of Article 19 of the Human Resources Restructuring Act for Ministries, Government Organizations and Related Institutions, ratified 5/7/1360 [27 September 1981], pursuant to paragraph 8 of Article 29 of the said Act, condemns the aforementioned to permanent dismissal from service in government offices. This decision, in accordance with Article 46 of the said Act, can be appealed within 15 days of its issuance to the accused (be it a real person or legal entity) at the Appeal Board.
