128 Baha’is Were Executed

The speaker for the Baha’i Community at the United Nations in New York announced that by the order of the authorities of the Regime, one more member of the Baha’i leadership of Iran has been executed. The said person, Manouchehr Ruhi, 52 years old, was arrested 11 months ago; on the past Thursday, he faced the firing squad in Bojnourd. The mentioned speaker said, “From the day the Islamic government took over in Iran, 128 of the members of the Baha’i community, inclusive of their leaders, have been executed.”
