In the Name of God, the Almighty

To His Holiness, Ayatollah Jannati, the esteemed head of the Guardian Council of the Constitution

With salutations to Mohammad and the descendants of Mohammad, and in hope that our worship and acts of piety are accepted and we succeed in rendering service in good health to the holy regime of the Islamic Republic of Iran, as it was personally brought to your exalted attention, the oppressed and deprived people of the Village of Ivel, situated in the District of Chahrdangeh in the Town of Sari, in the Province of Mazandaran, have had to tolerate all manner of corruption and threatening behaviour from the members of the perverse Baha’i sect for almost one hundred years up to the victory of the Islamic Revolution. With the victory of the Islamic Revolution, however, the members of this perverse sect have mostly migrated from the village to a number of towns in the Province of Mazandaran, while their leaders have migrated to foreign countries (America, England and Israel). The lands they left behind, whether residential or agricultural, come to a total of about 30 acres. The documents for these lands, which have been the main cause of their sedition over these past years, are available. In pursuance of the request of the people of the area concerning the transfer of these lands to them, which was made during the celebration of the great festival of the Middle Shaban [commemoration of the birth the Mahdi] in 1387 [2008/09], held in the presence of Dr. Elham, and by the special decree conveyed by the speaker of the government and the minister of justice of the time to the province, and through the holding of a meeting by the Provincial Security Council with the presence of the esteemed governor general and the group of delegates from Tehran, and the decision to transfer the land to the people, it is hereby brought to your attention that they are ready to follow whatever guidance you deem appropriate for the evaluation of these lands, in the hope that, God willing, the people will be salvage from one hundred years of suffering at the hands of the perverse sect of Baha’ism.

“Success comes from God, and in Him we put our trust.”

In the Name of God,

According to our discussions with the head of the judiciary, these class of properties belong to the Supreme Leader and should be delivered to the Executive Army Staff of the Order of the Imam, after which we can enter into negotiations with them.
