Through His Honour, Hojjatol-Islam Haji, Friday prayer leader of Khoi, may his blessings be perpetual,

Tehran – To His Honour the Prime Minister, may your grandeur be eternal. Good health as a result of the mercies of His Imperial Majesty, the powerful Sultan of the Muslims; may the grace and glory of God assist him to make the religion victorious. Praise to him who is the protector of the honour of the true religion, who strengthens the [mission of] the Faith and the Government. God willing, from now on he will act [just as before], to prohibit the [treacherous] from harming the honour of the true religion, which is the same as harming the religion, the government and the nation. We will be increasingly prayerful. [Referring to the murdering of Aminol-Olama Ardabili].
