[I would like to] submit that:

According to reliable news, His Honour Hojjatol-Islam val Muslemin has sent Haji [Mirza] Ali-Akbar Ardabili, who is a thoroughly emulated leader and a renowned person amongst all ethnic tribes [illegible] of that place, into exile.

Such actions are against the sovereignty and hurt the sentiments of the Muslims. Similar previous actions were taken in Shiraz and Yazd, and now [there is] this case of Ardabil (regarding the murdering Aminol-Olama Ardabili). Such actions will only lead to general aversion by the public. Such actions are not necessary during the present statesmanship of His Honour. Urgent rectification of this matter is advisable. God willing, you will pay favourable attention. [The days of your glory might be eternal].
