The Esteemed President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Dr. Rouhani,

[Miss Hoda Mehregani has taken her plea to the president of Iran, Dr. Hassan Rouhani, enquiring about the reason why she was denied higher education. She relates her experience of taking the National University Entrance Examination last summer, anticipating being able to follow her dream of continuing her education.  However, when checking her test results in the relevant website, she did not see her results, but instead, the message, “Please visit the Educational Measurement and Evaluation Organization (EMEO) office in Karaj.” She asserts that her visits to the EMEO were useless because the staff in that office did not give her an appropriate answer. Hoda writes that the purpose of writing to the president was to seek justice. She then provides a list of articles of the constitution on citizenship rights and the right to education for all, regardless of their religion, gender, ethnicity, etc. She also writes about the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, to which the Iranian government is a signatory.]
