Further to letter number 24 of 31 Khordad 1324 [21 June 1945], on the subject of the recent incidents of conflict between the Muslims and the Baha’is of Aran, I would submit [the following]:

For your information, I submit herewith one page of a copy of a letter, dated 31 Khordad 1324 [21 June 1945], [from] Mr. Abbas-Ali khan Saleh, one of the respected and influential men of Kashan, who owns properties and resides temporarily in Aran, [containing his] observations of the actions that yours truly has implemented to prevent the expansion of the flames of sedition, to resolve the conflict and establish peace between the groups of the Muslims and Baha’is.
