Working plan [to Ensure] Compatibility of the Statutes of the Supervisory Commission by the Commercial and Trades Centre of Iran
In execution of the provisions of letter number 60/102035, dated 23 Tir 1397 [14 July 2018], from the Commercial and Trades Centre of Iran and the Secretariat of the Supervisory High Commission, the following decision was adopted.
A: Letter number 3/3514/K/S/18, dated 12 Khordad 1397 [2 June 2018], of the Amakin Supervision of Public Places Office of the Disciplinary Force in the Province of Mazandaran pertaining to the self-directed and unauthorized closure of some commercial units was read at the meeting and in light of the remarks of the head of the Amakin Supervision of Public Places Office of the Province, pursuant to Note 14 of Article 4 of the Disciplinary Force Law, as the duty of the security police in coordinating and enforcing order for commercial and trade units and ensuring the security of the central market, as well as the efforts made in execution of Article 17 of the Trades Union Law, it was decided that an announcement would be made through the Chamber of Commerce to all trade organizations and business owners that coordinated and organized closure of commercial units that would cause disruptions for users of goods and services is prohibited pursuant to Item ‘h’ of Article 28 of the Commercial Trade Law. Therefore, such units are obliged to inform the Amakin Supervision of Public Places Office of the details and reasons for intended closures in advance via relevant unions. Needless to say that in case of failure to do so, the relevant authorities will take required action in accordance with Note 1 of Article 28 of the Trade Union Law.
