The Honourable Judge of the City of Kiasar,

With greetings;

Further to the previous communication and Your Honour’s order for autumn cultivation, unfortunately, we have not succeeded in cultivating all of our agriculture and planting all our arable land. Since the delay in the important matter of agriculture will cause irreparable damages, so [permit] us to cultivate and plant the uncultivated lands with the cooperation of the esteemed officials of the Telma Darreh Police Station.

It should be noted that the case file of the perpetrators of the destruction of [our] buildings and illegal cultivation carried out by profiteers have been identified and reported to the police station. The case was transferred to the Department of Intelligence and the security officials, in order to be completed and reviewed. Because this investigation will need sufficient time, the delay will cause the loss of the cultivation of the arable lands.

Please order that security be established and the lawbreakers be prevented so that we, the Ivel Village farmers, will be able to cultivate our lands.

With utmost respect,

The farmers of the Village of Ivel
